Our Delivery Policy

UK

We only dispatch orders Monday - Friday. We do not dispatch orders Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays

Orders received before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. All orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Any order received after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the NEXT WORKING DAY which will be the following Monday (also applies to Next Day Deliveries)

UK Standard Delivery is FREE! This typically takes 2-4 working days.

UK First Class is £1.99 and typically takes 1-2 working days

We also offer a Next Working Day service in the UK which is fixed at just £8.00 for any size order. (Working Days Mon - Friday).

Please note: Postage for Royal Mail First Class,Royal Mail SD Next Working Day Service and other premium rate delivery methods will not be refunded for incorrectly ordered or unwanted products.

For our overseas/international/european customers, shipping is as follows:

All orders are shipped using Standard AirMail which typically takes 3-7 working days.

Europe:

Airmail (3-7 Days) is £4.00

Airmail Tracked (3-7 Days) is £7.00

All European orders over £20 are sent Tracked only.

Rest of World

Airmail Tracked (3-7 Days) is £8.00
